We are delighted to welcome Lecale Harvest to our Parsley Box range, producing a range of artisan pâtés, inspired by classic French cuisine. These delicious pâtés are made using local ingredients and traditional methods from the family run business in County Down.
Chicken liver pâté, blended with pork fat, cream and butter, finished with Maderia wine and spices. Serve on toasted sourdough, topped with caramelised sliced shallots and fresh rocket.
Serving Suggestion: A perfect starter, alongside toasted slices of sourdough, caramelised sliced shallots, finished with fresh rocket and a spoonful of apricot and ginger chutney. Or serve as a light snack alongside your favourite crudites.
Our Drinks Pairing: We recommend serving alongside Grenache Rose, full of fresh puckering grapefruit acidity, warm pepper spice and juicy orange citrus - a perfect pairing for the rich pate.
