Portion size: 270g
Code 1370 £3.95

Description

Sliced British turkey roll with baby new potatoes, British carrots and parsnip chunks served with a pork and cranberry stuffing ball and a rich, Italian white wine and thyme gravy.

Serving Suggestion: Add some additional vegetables - steamed tenderstem broccoli would be delicious and a dollop of cranberry sauce!

Our Drinks Pairing: Turkey is a white meat and has a low fat content, which is why it can dry out if not cooked carefully. So, your wine matches should ideally be either a full-bodied white wine or a medium-bodied red, with low or medium tannin and relatively high acidity.
