Sharp's Doom Bar Amber Ale

A moreish amber ale, inspired by the treacherous Doom Bar sandbank at the mouth of the Camel Estuary in Rock. The sandbank is revered as a formidable nautical challenge that should be approached with respect and navigated with skill.

This perfectly balanced beer combines subtle yet complex flavours of succulent dried fruit and lightly roasted malt. Creating a moreish amber ale, with subtle bitterness and aromas of sweet roasted malts.

Our Food Pairing The subtle bitterness of this ale allows it to perfect pair with meaty fish and meats, as well as cut through rich, aromatic dishes. We recommend trying alongside our chicken tikka masala or chilli con carne, to complement and offer refreshment to the aromatics and spice.
