Two rich and crumbly all butter scones, enriched with Cornish buttermilk and clotted cream, baked to a traditional recipe in Yorkshire. Serve the traditional Cornish way, halved and topped with Wilkin & Sons Ltd Tiptree strawberry preserve, a classic recipe made in small batches using traditional copper bottom pans for a great strawberry flavour. Topped with a spoonful of of wonderful Rodda's Cornish clotted cream, made with 100% Cornish milk from within 30 miles of the creamery.
A perfect treat alongside a proper cup of English breakfast tea for a good old fashioned cream tea or for a modern twist try alongside a refreshing Pimm's and Lemonade over ice.
