Description
Cherry & Almonds are great flavour partners and they combine beautifully in this light, moist and buttery sponge which is topped with a morello-style cherry sauce
Our Serving Suggestion Cherry and almond is a heavenly combination. Serve with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream or Vanilla custard
Scatter over toasted flaked almonds before heating and then dust with icing sugar before serving. Drizzle with single cream or a dollop of whipped cream
Our Drinks Pairing Never completely convinced about wine and puddings but the Zinfandel would be an interesting pairing

Cooking Instructions
